Gree Air Conditioner Large Structural Parts Process Breakthrough
Challenge: The front cover of the air conditioner cabinet is large (80-100cm) and thin (4mm). Traditional gates are prone to obvious weld lines and insufficient filling.
Solution: Use needle valve delayed gate technology to control the opening sequence of 5 gates in stages (0 seconds, 2.5 seconds, 4 seconds) to ensure uniform melt filling
Parameter optimization:
Injection pressure is controlled in stages (110-80bar), and the speed matches the filling requirements (20-35mm/s).
The pressure holding stage is divided into two pressure stages (100bar→60bar) to eliminate shrinkage defects
Results: There is no weld line on the product surface, and the A-level surface qualification rate reaches 98%, which has been successfully applied to the high-end home appliance market
