Raise the component without a stack of loose spacers
This drawing-based injection molded pedestal combines a raised mounting deck with a lower fastening flange. It positions an electrical component above a panel while keeping the fixing points accessible. The illustrated bridge leaves an opening below the deck; final opening size, height and hole pattern follow the customer's assembly.
A conventional bracket starts with a fixing direction. This standoff support starts with the vertical relationship between the component, panel and adjacent hardware. Deck elevation, screw access and the volume beneath the component are reviewed together. Images illustrate a possible custom configuration rather than a stocked part with fixed dimensions.
Define both mounting interfaces
Lower flange: connection to the panel
Specify the base footprint, mounting hole centres and screw-head envelope. An existing punched panel or restricted access from below can determine the flange layout. Show clearance holes, local seating pads and edge distances on the drawing so the support can be installed without interference.
Raised deck: connection to the component
Identify the deck height from the panel datum, required contact area and upper fastening arrangement. Define whether threads belong to a separate nut, an insert or the mating component. Metal inserts and fasteners are included only when specified in the quotation.
Choose the PA66 grade for the actual equipment
PA66 is the proposed material family. Exact grade, reinforcement, color and conditioning requirements must be agreed before tooling approval. Natural or ivory appearance does not establish flame classification, tracking resistance or electrical suitability.
If this support forms part of an insulation system, the equipment designer must specify the applicable electrical and environmental requirements. Creepage and clearance depend on the complete assembly. No voltage rating, dielectric test result or certified insulation performance is assigned to the illustrated geometry.

Review the opening and fastening sequence
The space below the deck may provide assembly access or accommodate an adjacent feature. Show the actual keep-out volume in the assembly model. A visible opening alone does not establish sufficient room for a connector, installation tool or moving component.
Ribs connect the uprights to the base and deck. Their layout is reviewed alongside wall transitions and assembly loads. Any allowable deflection, tightening condition or positional limit should be written as a project requirement. It cannot be inferred from a product illustration.
